Love cooking? Love the Southern United States?
Tonight, we’re celebrating both, as we sample the flavors of the Southern United States at a special evening hosted by Ambassador Barzun at his residence, Winfield House.
We have chefs from both America and Britain(!) serving up the diverse tastes that characterize Southern cuisine, from dishes bursting with fresh sweet potato and pecan flavor, to plates of tasty wood-smoked pulled pork, served straight off the barbecue.
